ICED LEMONGRASS TEA

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Chopped fresh lemongrass tops
OR
2 tablespoons EHP organic dried lemongrass
4 cups boiled water
honey or xylitol, to taste

 

PREPARATION:

Preheat teapot with boiling water; discard water. Add lemongrass and boiled water, allow to stand for 8 to 10 minutes; strain. Allow to cool, sweeten to taste, and serve in tall glasses with ice and a slice of lemon.

MINT ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS
4 Cups boiled water
2 tablespoons EHP dried organic peppermint
1 tablespoon honey
2 lemon slices, halved
Fresh mint

PREPARATION:

Pour boiled water over peppermint and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Strain, pressing on the herb with a spoon to extract the liquid. Stir in honey until dissolved, and let cool. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slice and fresh mint.

RUBY TEA

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon EHP organic dried lemon balm
2 teaspoons EHP organic dried rosehip
1 teaspoon EHP organic dried peppermint / mixed mints
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon honey  AND Lemon slices

 

PREPARATION:

Place herbs, lemon juice and honey into pot. Pour boiled water over and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon.
