The festive season is upon us. Many have end of year functions to attend. We eat too much rich food, drink too much festive wine or punch. Our bodies need help and herbs can do just that…

How to use these herbs:
Place 1 teaspoon in a tea infuser or bodem
Add 1 large cup of boiled water
